By accessing or using the Corporate Chat App application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, simply utilize the logout function and discontinue use of the service.

2. Important: Encryption & Data Loss

Our platform utilizes End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) and local storage for your private security keys.

⚠️ YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PRIVATE KEYS AND DEVICE SECURITY.
  • If you clear your browser data, lose your device, or lose your private keys, we cannot recover your encrypted messages.
  • We do not store a usable copy of your private key on our servers.
  • You agree that Corporate Chat App is not liable for any data loss resulting from lost keys or compromised devices.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer the application or bypass its security features.

  • Use the service for spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without notice.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without liability.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of your jurisdiction. Corporate Chat App and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of your jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
